World Urbanism Day I
Video | 2012

This video was our first attempt to take our enthusiasm for Persian typography in moving images. With inspiration from the Bannai script, we designed the word «شهرسازی» (Urbanism) in the computer with pixels. Then we set up an installation from wooden cubes in order to make an actual model of the script in real life. We intended to create an architectural model of a city. The final video, which was the process of demolishing the city break by break (frame by frame), was edited in reverse to show how the city and, of course, the title of the event emerged gradually.
